The app provides directions to the embarkation port, too. With mobile online check-in, passengers can save time at the pier and have a paperless boarding process using e-docs.
There's no charge for connecting to the ship's Wi-Fi via the app so travelers can learn what's happening on board and book activities and services. Friends and family can keep connected on the app, as well.
Unlimited on-board calls and messages cost a one-time fee of $9.95. Groups can organize meet ups and share their photos with everyone in their party via group messaging through the app.
Calls to shore with the app cost 79 cents per minute to nearly every country.
Passengers can use the app to track and review their shipboard purchases and get information about disembarkation matters like immigration and Easy Walk-off.
Those thinking about their next cruise can learn about Norwegian’s 'Cruise Next' program and review their Latitudes Rewards points and learn about tier benefits.
