Alessandro Carollo - responsible for all Royal Caribbean port services in EMEA
Alessandro Carollo has been promoted to director port services Europe, Middle East, Africa and India for Royal Caribbean.

In his new role, Carollo will be responsible for all port services in EMEA, managing a region with over 200 ports, 2,200 annual calls and 300 turnarounds a year.

Reports to Hernan Zini

Carollo reports to Miami-based Hernan Zini, VP worldwide port services. His promotion and the enhancement of Zini’s team in EMEA will 'allow us to set up the right structure to manage the company and industry projected growth for the region,' the company said.

Royal Caribbean’s Northern Europe region port operations and guest services are managed by Lotfi Trabelsi and Matthew Ducharme, both reporting to Carollo.

Carollo joined Royal Caribbean in 2014 as manager, Mediterranean port operations, bringing with him experience in international port agency services across the areas of cargo, oil, cruise and navy.
