Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. director Eyal Ofer sold 112,980 shares of RCL at an average price of $98 per share, or a total of $1.1m.

The shares were sold on Monday in a series of trades.

Following the sale, Ofer directly holds 5,858 shares.
