Fuseideas was pleased to partner with American Queen Steamboat Co. to construct a modern website using advanced content management tools and technology to assist staff in updating itineraries and general content while also creating a valuable marketing tool, according to Fuseideas ceo Dennis Franczak.
Enhancements include an improved search function with more query options and faster results. Information on themes and special events was expanded, and the vessel details are more comprehensive, with new videos for American Queen and American Empress showing the on-board hospitality and hop-on, hop-off shore excursions.
Enhanced stateroom descriptions combine deck plans, images and other information on one page.
A list of special offers alerts travelers to value cruises, and they can sign up for monthly newsletters.
The Travel Agent section was upgraded, as well, with increased access to marketing materials and sales support.
