Rescompany Systems will support the hotel operations side of OOE’s polar vessel RCGS Resolute with its onboard Point of Sale and Property Management System technology.
One Ocean Expeditions has operated in the polar regions for over a decade and third vessel RCGS Resolute, the former Hanseatic, begins her journey in November 2018.
Antarctica and High Arctic
The majority of the year the expedition ship will operate in Antarctica and High Arctic with new itineraries in Coastal Central America, Scotland & Iceland, Iceland & the Faroe Islands and Eastern Canada.
Hamburg-based third party manager Columbia Cruise Services affiliated to the Columbia Group, is dedicated to cruise vessel management in the markets of expedition, luxury and classical cruising and CCS is currently operating ten cruise vessels for four clients.
Three more additions to the fleet are announced for 2019. CCS is offering the full range of ship management services including technical management, crewing and hospitality services. The fleet covers a passenger capacity range from 146 up to 2,200.
