Richard Fain buys nearly $2m worth of RCL shares

Richard Fain either directly or indirectly owns 1,077,643 shares of RCL common stock
Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. chairman and CEO Richard Fain acquired 18,900 RCL shares for $1.99m, or a weighted average price of just under $105.60.

Fain bought the shares in a series of trades on Thursday. The stock is for a trust primarily for the benefit of certain family members.

Following the transaction, Fain owns 842,537 shares directly and 235,106 shares indirectly.

RCL closed at $105.07, down 53 cents.
