Royal Caribbean declares 37.5-cent dividend
Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd.'s board declared a quarterly dividend of 37.5 cents per share.

The dividend is payable on June 13 to shareholders of record on May 31.

The news came ahead of RCL's annual shareholders' meeting, scheduled for Friday in London.
