Royal Caribbean rolls high-speed internet service on another five ships in 2016

Currently on Quantum of the Seas VOOM high-speed internet to be rolled out to more ships in the fleet
VOOM internet at sea service, currently available onboard Quantum of the Seas, Anthem of the Seas, Oasis of the Seas and Allure of the Seas will be available onboard Royal Caribbean’s Majesty of the Seas, Enchantment of the Seas and Freedom of the Seas starting in May 2016.

The provider claims the high-speed Wi-Fi service is six times faster than any other Internet at sea.

VOOM will also be available onboard Ovation of the Seas and Harmony of the Seas once they join Royal Caribbean’s fleet in spring 2016.

All VOOM ships offer unlimited packages for $15 per device per day plus 50% off of a second device whilst saily packages are available for $30 per device per day.

Internet packages are available for purchase via cruise planner or onboard through a guest’s personal device or by visiting the iCafe.
