Sierralta is based in Silversea's Miami office, reporting to Mark Conroy, managing director for the Americas.
Sierralta was Silversea's regional sales director for Latin America and the Caribbean for six years, following a four-year stint as its senior business analyst. He began his career as a market analyst at Cunard Line and most recently was vp international sales for Regent Seven Seas Cruises and Oceania Cruises.
