Travelers on ocean-going voyages can get a two-category suite upgrade or $1,000 per suite on-board credit that can be used for shore excursions, spa treatments, specialty restaurants and more. A third option is 50% off the price of a second suite.
For expedition cruises, the offer provides a two-category suite upgrade or 50% off the price of a second suite.
'Silver Select' is available on new bookings made May 7 through June 30 for certain cruises in the Caribbean, Mediterranean, South Pacific, South America, Asia, Alaska, Galápagos, Africa and Arctic.
'You might choose to treat yourself to a larger suite or indulge in extensive personal pampering at the on-board spa. Plus, the option of a second suite at 50% off provides incomparable savings,' said Kristian Anderson, Silversea's svp and general manager for the Americas.
Examples of 'Silver Select' voyages include Silver Cloud's Mombasa to Cape Town cruise, 16 days, sailing Dec. 20, and Silver Discoverer's Vancouver to Seward expedition, 12 days, departing July 20.
A Silver Explorer Arctic expedition is also eligible. The 12-day cruise sails Aug. 15 from Reykjavik to Kangerlussuaq.
Among the eligible Asia cruises is Silver Shadow's Singapore to Hong Kong 12-day sailing on Nov. 10.
And, in the Caribbean, choices include Silver Spirit's round-trip Fort Lauderdale cruise, 10 days, departing Nov. 24.
Several Galápagos expedition cruises are eligible, along with a number of South America, South Pacific and Mediterranean voyages.
'Silver Select' is a capacity-controlled offer.
The $1,000 per suite credit applies regardless of the number of travelers in the suite. The offer of 50% off a second suite allows both single and double occupancy of the second suite, which must be of equal or lessor value and booked on the same voyage as the first suite in conjunction with booking the first suite at full fare. The deposit must be made by the same party for both suites.
