Steiner will continue as the exclusive provider of spas, salons and fitness centers and related beauty, wellness and aesthetic medicine treatments and services, including acupuncture and dermal fillers, as well as Elemis skincare and body products.
The deal covers the four Windstar vessels currently sailing, the two ships entering service during 2015, and all new vessels that subsequently come into service for Windstar during the agreement term.
Steiner is scheduled to report second quarter earnings on Wednesday.
