Spina moves up to vp in a new Norwegian shared services group

Tom Spina was promoted to oversee port operations in a group led by svp Colin Murphy
Tom Spina was promoted to vp port operations at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings. He previously served as director, port finance and analysis, for Norwegian Cruise Line.

In a reorganization following Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings' acquisition of Prestige Cruises, a shared services group was formed to oversee destination and port operations for the Norwegian brand, Oceania Cruises and Regent Seven Seas Cruises. It is led by svp Colin Murphy.

Spina previously reported to Chad Berkshire, vp on-board revenue finance, who recently moved to a new position as svp revenue management for the Norwegian brand.

Spina joined Norwegian in Miami in August 2013 in a newly created role after directing cruise operations for the New York City Economic Development Corp. for seven years.

He is a member of Cruise Lines International Association's Global Ports Committee.
