Titan Travel unveils new inclusive river cruise excursions in partnership with Uniworld

UK tour operator Titan Travel in partnership with river cruise operator, Uniworld, launched the second edition of its new 2016 river cruise brochure featuring additional inclusive excursions on elected sailings, savings of up to £2,000 per person on bookings made before end December 2015 and a new Ganges fly and stay cruise.

A range of additional excursions and events at no extra cost on a limited number of departures by SS Maria Theresa or River Empress include a visit to Artstetten Castle, Austria, where Princess Anita von Hohenberg, great-granddaughter of Archduke Franz Ferdinand, will host guests; behind-the-scenes views of Vienna’s Spanish Riding School, home to the famous Lipizzaner stallions; and a special onboard piano concert and dinner.

On selected French river sailings by River Baroness, River Royale and SS Catherine, excursions include a visit to the La Couronne restaurant where renowned American cookery writer Julia Child had her first French meal plus a food and wine pairing meal at Renaissance Château de Roquetaillade, neighbour to Châteaux de Cazeneuve, and the opportunity to search for a ‘black diamond’ with the owner of a truffle farm.

New for 2016, is a 14-day tour beginning in Delhi and exploring iconic sights such as the Taj Mahal, Agra and Jaipur before embarking on a 7-night full-board Ganges cruise aboard the Ganges Voyager II. Prices start from £6049 (saving up to £700 per person if booked before 31 December 2015) including scheduled return UK flights, hotels and cruise, shore excursions, all transfers and home departure service.
