During turnaround in Barcelona, Transcoma oversaw alterations made to Carnival Horizon's antenna
Transcoma Cruises, part of Transcoma Shipping agency, active across all ports in mainland Spain as well as in the Canaries, the Balearics, and Gibraltar, has had a busy start to the 2018 Mediterranean cruise season handling arrivals by Holland America Line's Prinsendam, Koningsdam and Oosterdam, Princess Cruises' Pacific (en route to Fort Lauderdale) and Crown Princess(cruising in the Med until November) as well as P&O Cruises' Azura.

During Carnival Horizon's second of four turnarounds in Port of Barcelona, Transcoma oversaw operations for some changes made to the base of the new ship’s main antenna.

The work was originally planned to take place in Italy, where the ship was delivered by Fincantieri on March 28, but finally it took place in Barcelona earlier this month, supervised and operated by Transcoma Cruises.
