US judge dismisses Concordia suit by Giglio businesses
A federal judge in Florida has dismissed a lawsuit filed by businesses in Italy seeking damages for losses from Costa Concordia’s sinking, the Associated Press reports.

US District Judge Robin Rosenbaum approved Carnival Corp.’s motion to dismiss the suit, agreeing that Italy is a more appropriate venue for the action.
