Cunard reported a 'phenomenal response' in the first two days of trading for its summer 2023 voyages.

Demand was especially strong for Grills suites.

'We are delighted by the overwhelming response to summer 2023 itineraries going on sale, which has even surpassed Cunard's record-breaking days in 2021 when Queen Elizabeth’s summer at sea sailings went on sale,' said Angus Struthers, UK-based VP sales and marketing.

Two strongest sales periods in last 12 months

He noted Cunard’s two strongest booking periods in more than a decade happened in the past 12 months.

The summer 2023 schedule includes 150 voyages of two to 37 nights. They'll call at 120 ports in 35 countries, with 23 late evening departures and 15 overnight stays.

Among the itineraries are Canary Islands and North Cape cruises on Queen Victoria from Southampton; a Mediterranean voyage and a trans-Atlantic crossing with three days in Québec on Queen Mary 2, round-trip Southampton; and a seven-night French Riviera trip from Barcelona and Alaska cruises from Vancouver, BC, both on Queen Elizabeth.
