Hanseatic Spirit is launched at Vard Tulcea

Hapag-Lloyd Cruises' Hanseatic Spirit was lowered into the water via the dock at Vard Tulcea today.

It is the third and final ship in the 15,650gt series that began with Hanseatic Nature, followed by Hanseatic Inspiration.

To Norway at year's end for final outfitting

As with those two, Hanseatic Spirit's hull has been constructed in Romania and it will be towed to Norway for outfitting. That 4,000-nautical-mile journey is scheduled for year's end.

Adults-only ship, to replace Bremen
