Automatic 125% FCC

Travelers on canceled sailings will automatically receive a 125% future cruise credit if they've paid in full. Those with bookings not paid in full will receive an FCC double the amount of their deposit, with the minimum amount $100 and the maximum up to the base cruise fare paid.

The FCC is valid for 12 months from the date of issue and may be used to book sailings departing through Dec. 31, 2022.

All other funds paid to HAL may be transferred to a new booking or will automatically be refunded via the method of payment used to purchase the services.

No action is needed to accept the FCC.

Full refund option

Travelers who prefer a 100% refund instead should go to the cancellation preferences form to request a refund no later than Sept. 15, 2020.
