NCLH prices upsized stock offering at $11/share

Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings priced its underwritten public offering of 36,363,636 ordinary shares at $11 per share.

Upsized to $400m from $350m

The amount of shares to be issued was increased to approximately $400m from the previously announced $350m.

Underwriters' option

NCLH also granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to 5,454,545 additional shares. This option must be exercised by June 6.

The offering is expected to close May 8.

Goldman Sachs, Barclays Capital, Citigroup Global Markets, JP Morgan Securities, Mizuho Securities USA, Credit Agricole Securities (USA) and UBS Securities are acting as joint book-running managers.

On Tuesday NCLH closed at $11.18, down 22.6%. Shares were up in pre-market-open trading Wednesday.
