New 'Embark' series chronicles NCL's innovation, past, present and future

With the next-generation Norwegian Prima's debut just weeks away, Norwegian Cruise Line rolled out a new three-part 'Embark' series, 'The Evolution of Innovation.'

This recaps cruising's history, including NCL's 55-year legacy and groundbreaking moments.

Never-before-seen interviews and archived footage

Never-before-seen interviews and archived footage are promised, along with a first look at the Prima-class vessels that will define NCL’s future.

‘"The Evolution of Innovation" documents the company’s pioneering heritage and provides a look into the future, one built on creativity, style and an uncompromising commitment to our guest,' NCL President and CEO Harry Sommer said.

History, evolution and future

The three episodes include 'History of Innovation,' 'The Evolution of Entertainment' and 'The Future of the Cruise Experience.'

 

Aug. 11 premiere

The first episode premieres Aug. 11 at 8 p.m. EST on www.ncl.com/embark and on Facebook. Subsequently all three episodes will be immediately available on demand.
