New at #STCAsia two workshops focussing on relationship management and land-based activities

Two new Workshops at Seatrade Cruise Asia Pacific 2019, taking place in Baoshan Shanghai on October 9-11,2019  will focus on relationship management among stakeholders and the development of land-based activities at destinations.

On Thursday October 10, between 9.00-11.00 Mark Robinson CCO, Global Ports Holding is hosting the first Workshop: The Strategic Management of the Relationship among Cruise Lines, Cruise Terminals and Ports, and Service Providers.

With more and more players entering the Asia cruise market it is helping shape the entire community and helping the cruise business move towards maturity however it is also raises challenges on relationship management among the stakeholders.

V. Ships Leisure Case Study

The interactive workshop is designed to help participants to understand ways of improving communications with their business partners and creating or maintaining a strategic relationship that is beneficial to both the business and the market and includes a Case Study presented by Per Bjornsen, Director V. Ships Leisure.

Following on Friday October 11, between 11.30-12.30, is a Workshop focusing on the Development of Land-Based Activities at Destinations and moderated by Alvin Materi, Director, Cruise Asia, Destination Asia.

Best formula for experiential shorex

Participants will discuss the development of land-based and shore excursion programmes across Asian destinations to stimulate discussion on the best formula for delivering an experiential shorex that is tailored to key demographics.
