Australia’s top gardening experts will be on board Queen Elizabeth during a seven-night round cruise from Sydney on March 1, 2021.

The cruise is part of Queen Elizabeth’s record 118-day Australian season from November 2020 to March 2021.

Garden designer Jamie Durie

Australian TV personality, author and international garden designer, Jamie Durie, will lead the team who will share their passion and knowledge with passengers.

‘My passion for gardening and commitment to the environment spans more than 25 years,’ Durie said. ‘I look forward to sharing my thoughts and ideas on landscape design and looking into future trends.’

TV presenter Graham Ross

Durie’s team includes Australian radio host and TV presenter Graham Ross whose many awards include London Royal Horticultural Society’s Veitch Memorial Medal and is a Life Fellow of the prestigious Royal Botanic Gardens Kew Guild.

Cunard Commercial Director Australia and New Zealand Katrina McAlpine said the inaugural 'Australia’s Gardening Voyage' will immerse guests in all aspects of gardening and horticulture, including everything from creating a balcony garden and growing native plants to growing and caring for roses.

There will be bespoke garden tours during Queen Elizabeth’s overnight in Hobart and day in Melbourne.
