Bahamas Paradise Cruise Line, which has completed two humanitarian missions to Grand Bahama Island, canceled its Sept. 21, 23 and 25 revenue sailings.

‘We are working closely with the Bahamian government and our partners to determine the best course of action, mapping out how we can continue to help our neighbors on Grand Bahama Island while also identifying the best time to return with guests, ensuring the island is ready to accept leisure travelers,’ the company said today.

Open for future bookings

‘We remain open for future bookings and will protect travel agent commissions. We are committed to returning to Grand Bahama Island as soon as we can.’

‘We are proud to have played such a vital role in the recovery of Grand Bahama Island after successfully delivering aid to thousands of Bahamians in need following Hurricane Dorian,’ Bahamas Paradise Cruise Line CEO Oneil Khosa said.

‘Grand Bahama is our second home, and we are committed to helping our Bahamian brothers and sisters during this time of need,' he added. 'Tourism is a lifeline for the island, and we look forward to returning to our traditional sailing schedule as soon as possible so that we can bring resources, and hope, to the island.’
