Bermello Ajamil taps business analyst with Chantiers, NCL background

Leah McKenney - 'detail-oriented individual with a global perspective and solid experience in marketing for ports'
Leah McKenney is joining Miami-based maritime planning and development firm Bermello Ajamil & Partners as maritime business analyst.

With a decade of experience in all facets of marketing within the maritime industry, McKenney has in-depth knowledge of cruise and port operations, business development and maritime planning activities. She will be tasked with collecting, assembling and evaluating data for projection assessment and business planning, as well as developing leadership skills to enhance the overall organization.

Created digital monitoring, projections platform

McKenney joins B&A from Chantiers de l’Atlantique, where she created a digital platform that monitored industry trends and generated projections to support a full cruise ship orderbook with turnover exceeding €1bn. She previously worked as an assistant manager for Norwegian Cruise Line, directing 400 marketing initiatives annually in a high-paced environment.

McKenney will assist in the coordination of project activities, key data collection and analysis for projection modeling, as well as financial assessment for various port-related projects.
