General manager of network engagement & performance Drew Daly now has expanded responsibilities to include franchise sales, and Janet Harris has been promoted to director of recruitment sales.

'Drew is already hyper-focused on the support and engagement of existing Dream Vacations/CruiseOne franchise owners and Cruises Inc. independent agents, and moving recruitment under his leadership will strengthen our company culture even more by aligning new franchisees and agents with our existing network, and I’m truly excited by this.'
Daly will oversee the recruitment sales team while continuing his current role in ensuring agents' success by working closely with the cruise lines and land suppliers to support training, business development, events and agent support. In addition, Dream Vacations/CruiseOne and Cruises Inc. are creating a new role—VP of engagement—reporting to Daly.
Harris, CFE, is active with the International Franchise Association, has 25 years of experience in the travel industry and has sold more than 200 franchises since joining the franchise sales team in 2009. An entrepreneur who has developed, launched and sold several businesses in the service industry, Harris will manage and develop the recruitment sales team.
In addition, Rosemarie Reed is now VP marketing & strategic partnerships. In this expanded role she will work closely with business partners to identify creative opportunities for collaborative partnerships to further enhance the support offered to agents.
