Major reshuffle at NCLH Asia Pacific

A reshuffle at Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd Asia Pacific has seen the departure of Steve McLaughlin, VP sales Australia and New Zealand for Oceania Cruises, and other changes.

Worth’s new role

Jason Worth has joined as VP & general manager, Oceania Cruises Australia and New Zealand.

Steve Odell, SVP & managing director Asia Pacific for NCLH, said McLaughlin has moved on to explore other opportunities.

Ben Angell promoted

In other moves Ben Angell, formerly VP marketing Asia Pacific, was promoted to VP & general manager Norwegian Cruise Line Australia and New Zealand.

Reporting to Angell will be Nicole Costantin, continuing in her role as VP sales, along with Damian Borg, senior manager national accounts and Michelle Wiederman, senior marketing manager.

Lisa Pile, VP sales Australia and New Zealand for Regent Seven Seas Cruises, is now VP & general manager for the line.

Chan covers all brands in Asia

Felix Chan is VP & general manager for all three brands in Asia. Reporting to Chan will be Brigitte Martin, marketing director Asia, and the NCLH leadership teams in Hong Kong, Shanghai, Mumbai, Singapore and Tokyo.

‘The cruise industry continues to experience double-digit growth across the APAC region and these new appointments are designed to ensure we are able to best maximise and meet this increased demand head on,’ Odell said.
