Port of Palm Beach reopens

The Port of Palm Beach reopened at 10:30 a.m. today for cargo operations and vessel traffic.

Tenants assessing disaster relief needs

The port said its tenants that serve the Bahamas were working to assess post-Hurricane Dorian disaster relief needs there.

Bahamas Paradise Cruise Line

Bahamas Paradise Cruise Line, which sails two-night cruises between Palm Beach and Freeport on Grand Bahama Island, which was badly battered by Dorian, has canceled sailings through Sept. 5.

Only one of its two ships, Grand Celebration, is currently in the region, with Grand Classica deployed on an assignment in Seattle.
