New four-night itineraries will give travelers twice the time to thrill and chill on their choice of nearly 40 sailings beginning Sept. 30. Three exclusive cruises also make their debut today, featuring a late-night island experience on Perfect Day, complete with extended hours and new adventures.
'Perfect Day at CocoCay has revolutionized private destinations in the vacation industry, and the resounding feedback from our guests is that they want more — more time and even more ways to experience the island,' said Michael Bayley, president and CEO, Royal Caribbean International.
No. 1 destination
Bayley called the island Royal Caribbean's top-rated global destination.
Navigator of the Seas and Mariner of the Seas will operate the cruises with double calls, while Navigator is offering the trio of sailings with late-night stays.
After the sun sets, traditional Bahamian-inspired activities include a Junkanoo Jam Up Party, an island barbecue and performances by a calypso band and fire dancers, topped off with farewell fireworks before setting sail.
Until now, only Disney Cruise Line has offered cruises with two stops at a private island — in Disney's case, Castaway Cay.
