Turning 50, The Apollo Group creates hospitality scholarship

The Apollo Group, a full-service hospitality management company, is turning 50. To celebrate the milestone, the Miami-based company is donating a $25,000 scholarship to Florida International University's Chaplin School of Hospitality & Tourism Management.

Plus, Camillus House meals

In addition, two meals will be sponsored at Miami's Camillus House, which supports people experiencing homelessness.

'We’ve learned a lot in 50 years, but the most important lesson is that our dedicated people have been the building blocks to our success,' president and CEO Jose Ramon Barrera said.
