Princess Cruises beefs up Australasian sales team

Nick Ferguson, director of sales and marketing for Princess Cruises in Australia and New Zealand, said the company made ‘strategic changes’ to its sales team to ensure continued success in the market.

New head of sales

Brett Wendorf, who was national sales manager Australia and New Zealand, has been appointed head of sales operations, managing all business development managers in both countries.

Key wholesalers

Shaun Kavanagh, the former business development manager in New South Wales, has been made key account manager, overseeing cruise specialist accounts including key wholesale partners.

National account manager

Lachlan Brett, who has been working for Princess Cruises almost five years in various roles across customer service and sales, has been appointed national account manager, overseeing national accounts throughout Australasia.
