The two-day event explores expedition cruising from all angles
Seatrade Cruise’s first expedition-focussed event has opened for registration.

Seatrade Cruise Virtual Expedition Cruising, taking place March 8-9, brings together a number of key industry speakers as part of the two-day exploration into one of the fastest-growing cruise sectors.

Multiple perspectives

Representatives from Hurtigruten Expeditions, Silversea, Abercrombie & Kent, Lindblad Expeditions and Ponant lead ‘The State of the Expedition Cruise Industry’ keynote - sponsored by Cruise Saudi - on day one, followed by updates on expedition cruising in the Arctic and Antarctic.

Insight on preserving unrivalled habitats and protecting indigenous communities also brings fresh knowledge.

The jam-packed program includes sessions on the expedition scene in Asia Pacific, in Central and South America including the Galápagos, as well emerging destinations such as the Middle East, the Great Lakes, Northern Europe and the Mediterranean.

Newcomers views

Mystic Cruises and Atlas Ocean Voyages’ Mario Ferreira takes centre stage during a one-to-one discussion on the latest developments in expedition cruising, with Swan Hellenic’s Andrea Zito also presenting his unique view on what the segment has to offer in the future.

Fireside Chat

A series of exchanges among experienced expedition leaders will be held on day two, as they share with attendees what expedition cruising means to them.
