American Queen Voyages appointed Lissette Balbiers as SVP finance & accounting and Susan Anderson as director of finance & controller.

Together, they bring more than 45 years of experience in finance, accounting and business administration.

Anderson will report to Balbiers while Balbiers will answer directly to American Queen Voyages President Cindy D'Aoust.

'Wealth of expertise'

D'Aoust said the two have a 'wealth of experience and expertise in financial management, a strong track record of driving strategic financial growth and experience in managing complex financial operations.'

Most recently, Balbiers served as CFO at iAero Airways. Prior to that, she was CFO at Northern Aviation Services and CFO - network operations & aviation Americas at DHL.

Previously, Anderson was assistant controller at Hornblower Cruises and Events, where she managed accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting and internal controls. Earlier, she was financial controller at AKIRA Chicago and senior accountant at Sidley Austin LLP.
