With these changes, the Lindblad board will increase from 10 to 11 directors, nine of those independent.

Stuart had a 31-year tenure at NCL, ultimately as president and CEO, until 2020. He also served on the board of Global Ports Holding, which recently returned to private ownership, and chaired Cruise Lines International Association.

Annette Reavis

Annette Reavis currently serves as chief people officer at CrossFit. During a decade with Meta, from 2010 to 2020, she was VP of human resources. Other roles were as strategic partner for business and people operations, policies and organizational design at companies including Envoy, and start-ups Athos and Root.

'Today, we are thrilled to add two extraordinary new members to our board, Annette Reavis and Andy Stuart, who will bring important new perspectives and experiences that will prove immensely valuable. We would also like to thank Bernie Aronson for the significant wisdom and insight that he brought to Lindblad Expeditions during his tenure on our board,' Lindblad Chairman Mark D. Ein said.

CEO Sven Lindblad added: 'We believe Annette's proven track record leading successful people-first international growth for both tech giants and zealous start-ups, paired with Andy's decades-long experience at the helm of one of the largest cruise lines in the world, will provide a fresh perspective vital to our company's next phases of growth.'

Bernard Aronson served since 2015

'The true value of a company is defined in its corporate culture. By that measure, Lindblad Expeditions is in very good hands indeed,' Aronson said. He thanked his fellow directors, the officers and staff for the 'many kindnesses they showed me,' adding: 'I will always be proud of my service on the Lindblad Board and will be ready to be of help in any way.'

Before joining the Lindblad board in 2015, Aronson was Royal Caribbean Group's longest serving outside director, having been a board member since 1993.
