Colleen Rodriguez was appointed VP marketing and Jacqueline Leyva senior director of guest services, reservations and air/sea. On the sales front, Robert Cao became senior director of charters, meetings and incentives, while Oya Bekisoglu is named regional sales director for Central US and Anthony Iozzia regional sales director for Northeast, New England and Eastern Canada.

Colleen Rodriguez brings more than 33 years of luxury cruise-marketing experience, most recently with American Queen Voyages and previously with Regent Seven Seas Cruises as VP marketing for over 10 years. She also held marketing roles with luxury brands One & Only Resorts and Silversea Cruises.
Jacqueline Leyva joins with 29 years of experience in operations, customer acquisition and retention and contact center management. She was with SeaDream Yacht Club for nine years and had an earlier position at Cunard.
Cao joins from Hurtigruten Americas. He previously worked for Landry & Kling Global Cruise Services, Club Med and Norwegian Cruise Line.
Bekisoglu was with Scenic USA the past three years. Earlier positions were with TripPro, SkyLink Travel and Sky Bird Travel & Tours.
Iozzia's travel sales experience includes Windstar Cruises, Celebrity Cruises and Collette Vacations.
The sales trio joins a field sales team also comprised of Paul Girouard, senior director of sales, North America; Cathy Kusuma, director of sales, Eastern US and Canada; and Michelle Rodriguez Suarez, senior manager, preferred and international accounts.
