Customer service skills

‘Steve’s global sales connections, industry knowledge and customer service skills are exceptional,’ CEO Monique Ponfoort, who worked with McLaughlin at Ponant, said.

‘I am thrilled to be working with Steve again as our new director of sales APAC and that he has returned to his true passion of expedition cruising to join us,’ Ponfoort added.

McLaughlin said he ‘cannot wait’ to work closely with Aurora Expeditions’ loyal trade partners.

Home-grown business

‘I was attracted to Aurora Expeditions as a home-grown Australian business that has an exciting future with the upcoming delivery of its second purpose-built ship, the Sylvia Earle,’ he said.
