At Atlas, Prieto is responsible for guest services, guest relations and the loyalty program.

Shared background at Oceania Cruises
Before SeaDream, Prieto worked with Rodriguez at Oceania Cruises for 15 years where, in the sales department, he rose from manager to VP. Prieto began his cruise career in the mail room at Norwegian Cruise Line in 1989 and eventually managed the inside sales team.
'Having worked with James previously, I am excited to join Atlas,' said Prieto. 'My number one goal is to make the guest experience before and after the voyage match the excellent onboard service. I look forward to working with our valued travel advisors and past guests and to exceeding their expectations.'
World Traveller coming soon
Atlas will soon be introducing its second ship, World Traveller, which joins ahead of the Antarctica season.
