Sarah Miller, a six-year veteran with Carnival Cruise Line in Australia, was named key account manager.

‘Sarah’s new role reflects our ongoing commitment to recognising and developing talent within our team,’ National Sales Manager Mark Richards said.

‘We’re confident Sarah will take our key accounts to the next level, ensuring our travel agent partners continue to thrive,’ Richards said.

‘Our travel agent partners are at the heart of what we do.’

Beefing up Queensland

To further support travel agents and prepare for increasing demand in 2025 and beyond, Richards said he will soon announce a new Queensland business development manager.

‘By adding more resources to Queensland, we are doubling down on our efforts to support agents and meet the growing interest from

Australian travellers,’ he said.

He said the new appointments come at ‘an exciting time' for Carnival Cruise Line in Australia.

Carnival Splendor will be joined by two former P&O Cruises Australia ships in February — renamed Carnival Encounter and Carnival Adventure — and Carnival Luminosa will join the three-ship fleet on seasonal deployment.
