Carnival Cruise Line's Jeremy Schiller is moving to sister brands Seabourn/Holland America Line as CFO.

His duties will span strategic planning and forecasting, oversight of the finance department and other financial and accounting operations. He'll report to Holland America President Gus Antorcha.

Effective leader and strong tactical thinker

'With Jeremy’s exceptional knowledge of the cruise industry and financial experience, his appointment will strengthen our leadership team and offer substantial value to our company,' Antorcha said. 'He’s proven to be an effective leader and strong tactical thinker, and we know his expertise will play a pivotal role in the growth and financial stability of both brands.'

At Carnival Cruise Line over the past dozen years, Schiller held roles of increasing responsibility within the finance department. Most recently he was VP finance and operations with responsibilities including leading several shipboard retail operations and overseeing financial planning and analysis, as well as the payroll, compensation and fleet finance teams.

Before Carnival, Schiller began his finance career at BankAtlantic.
