Cheryl Topalian, Rolf Logan sign on with Swan Hellenic stateside

Swan Hellenic expanded its North America sales and marketing team by appointing Cheryl Topalian and Rolf Logan to director-level roles.

As director of operations, Topalian will oversee the reservations and group department. Logan becomes director of group sales, dedicated to the affinity group business.

Both report to Joe Maloney, VP sales & marketing, North America.

Cheryl Topalian

Topalian brings 30 years of cruise industry experience, most recently at Atlas Ocean Voyages, where she built the reservations and group departments, air, inventory control and revenue management. Earlier, Topalian had more than two decades with Silversea Cruises.

Rolf Logan

Logan has more than 35 years of travel industry experience, having held senior sales positions with Atlas, Hurtigruten, Delta Queen, Delta Vacations and Royal Caribbean, all with a focus on developing group business and maintaining relationships with the largest group producers.

New role for Charles Newton

Topalian's arrival enabled Swan Hellenic to capitalize on the experience of Charles Newton, who has been the cornerstone of its sales and service execution in North America since the start. Newton moved to a more strategic customer support role as director of quality control, reporting to Topalian.
