With the resumption of cruise operations, 'it is essential that we can count on an even closer relationship with the travel agencies in our key markets,' Alberti said. Di Persio's energy and industry knowledge, he added, are expected to contribute significantly.
Extensive international experience
Di Persio brings extensive international experience in sales and revenue, specialized in the hospitality and luxury sectors. Previously he was global CMO and revenue director for Baglioni Hotels & Resorts Group and for Mangia's Resorts Spa/HIP Group. He also has been a lecturer and scientific director of executive and master courses on digital transformation, artificial intelligence and metaverse economy for the travel and hospitality sector.
