Royal Caribbean Group veteran Crystal Campbell joined Worldwide Cruise Associates in Plantation, Florida.

Campbell will serve as corporate & incentive sales manager for the company founded by Steve and Diana Bloss which has operated more than a thousand group cruises and charters. She reports directly to Steve Bloss, president of sales/owner.

20 years of cruise experience

Campbell brings 20 years of cruise industry experience in revenue management, sales, operations, marketing, project development, ESG and other areas. Throughout her career, she has spent extensive time working in the global arena leading and developing growth strategies for the charter and MICE market. 

Royal Caribbean and Celebrity

Most recently Campbell was director of business integration, Royal Caribbean Group. Earlier roles included senior manager, global charter sales and operations, Royal Caribbean International and managing director, Royal Caribbean International Hong Kong.

Earlier she was manager, international corporate groups & charter sales, Celebrity Cruises, and manager, international corporate, incentive & charter sales, Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd.

Campbell began her career at Celebrity Cruises in 2004 as a revenue analyst, advancing to district sales manager and regional sales manager.
