Crystal Cruises taps Brandon Townsley as VP sales & trade partnerships
Brandon Townsley was appointed VP sales & trade partnerships for the new Crystal Cruises, based in its Miami office.

President Jack Anderson called Townsley a 'well-respected cruise industry veteran who built an incredible reputation with travel advisors, agencies and national accounts,' adding: 'His career has included experience in field sales and managing national accounts for both established brands like Crystal Cruises and start-up brands. Under his leadership and guidance, I am confident that we will re-establish the long-standing relationships with industry partners that helped make Crystal Cruises the most awarded luxury cruise line.'
Returns to Crystal
Townsley had directed strategic partnerships & key accounts for Crystal before its shutdown in February under the prior ownership. Before then, he was VP sales & trade partnerships at Atlas Ocean Voyages for two years. Previously, he worked as director, business development & strategy for Virgin Voyages and director, strategic & online accounts for MSC Cruises USA.
Earlier, Townsley held various sales roles at Norwegian Cruise Line over nearly 16 years. He started his cruise industry career as a revenue analyst at Royal Caribbean.
