Girouard has more than 35 years of experience in luxury cruise sales, including 27 years with Crystal Cruises, where he ultimately served as director of sales, business intelligence and analytics - North America.

The appointment comes ahead of the Aug. 4 introduction of World Navigator, which will sail Egypt and Greek Isles voyages this summer.
