European cruise port associations to discuss areas of common ground at Seatrade Cruise Med

Leaders from five of Europe’s port member associations, representing over 300 cruise ports for across the region, will come together at Seatrade Cruise Med in Malaga, September 11-12, 2024 to discuss areas of common ground.

The session, September 11 from 1:40 p.m.-2:30 p.m., will serve as a platform for Cruise Baltic, Cruise Britain, Cruise Europe, Cruise Norway and MedCruise to exchange knowledge, promote innovation and build cohesive strategies to tackle industry challenges collectively.

Panel lineup

Joining the panel are Figen Ayan, president, MedCruise; Monica Berstad, managing director, Cruise Norway; Klaus Bondam, chair, Cruise Baltic; Simone Maraschi, chair, Cruise Europe and Ian McQuade, chair, Cruise Britain.

The session seeks to facilitate learning and development of unified strategies for future success among port associations and will be moderated by Roger Blum, Principal, Cruise & Port Advisors.
