Posted every Monday at noon Pacific time/3 p.m. Eastern time on the Holland America Line PartnerSHIPS trade Facebook page, this will be either a live, interactive session or a recorded video presentation.

Topics will range from personal and professional development to Holland America brand insights.

'As we continue to look for meaningful ways to connect with our travel partners, I am excited to launch this new weekly series on Facebook that will allow me to authentically engage with our community and get to know many of our advisors on a deeper level,' Sutter said.

Select 'Mondays with Michelle' will feature additional sales team members. During the live sessions, viewers will be able to engage via Facebook with Sutter and her team, ask questions and participate in the discussion. Comments on the recorded videos will be answered by Sutter.
