inCruises is a cruise membership club with members and partners in more than 190 countries worldwide.

16 years at Holland America Line

Andrews has spent most of her career in the cruise and travel industries, holding executive positions in public relations, corporate communications, marketing and social responsibility. She most recently spent more than 16 years at Holland America Line, ultimately as chief communications officer. She has also held senior leadership positions in other industries including technology, wine, telecommunications and insurance, at marketing agencies and start-ups.

'Sally is a highly experienced public relations and communications leader who brings a depth of global cruise industry knowledge and strong media relationships to our brand-building endeavors,' said Michael Hutchison, co-CEO of inCruises. 'Sally’s exceptional reputation and history of achievements will help take inCruises to the next level in spreading the news that we are generating new cruisers and making a difference in the lives of people all over the world.'

Strategies to increase brand awareness and drive revenue

Andrews will oversee the development and implementation of public relations strategies for inCruises to increase brand awareness, enhance reputation and drive revenue. She will collaborate with global media outlets to generate coverage and serve as a company spokesperson. As a member of the inCruises senior leadership team, she will advise on a wide variety of external and internal communication activities and thought-leadership opportunities.

Andrews said it's an honor to join the team.

'The tremendous growth of inCruises since it was founded in 2016 — even during the pandemic — clearly demonstrates the passion that exists for cruising in untapped global source markets. inCruises’ innovative model is delivering new customers to cruise brands and vital new-to-cruise travelers to the industry.'

inCruises is at CLIA Cruise360 this week and will be at Seatrade Cruise Global in late April.
