Lutoff-Perlo, currently the president and CEO of the FIFA World Cup 2026 Miami Host Committee, formerly served as vice chair, external affairs at Royal Caribbean Group and previously as president/CEO of Celebrity Cruises. She held numerous other senior management roles at Celebrity and at Royal Caribbean International.

'Impactful and visionary' leader

Hornblower Group Mike Flaskey welcomed Lutoff-Perlo, citing her 'impactful and visionary' leadership over four decades in cruising.

Based in San Francisco, Hornblower Group operates dining and sightseeing cruises, excursions, ferry and transportation services, vessel overhaul and maintenance. Divisions include City Experiences and Hornblower Marine.

Restructuring completed in July

The company in July emerged from a Chapter 11 restructuring with new majority owners and a pared-down portfolio after selling American Queen Voyages.
