Currently VP sales and general manager, Asia Pacific, he'll take his new assignment with immediate effect and continue reporting to Nikki Upshaw, SVP global sales.
Worth has held various positions with the company since joining in 2011, including VP sales, Australia and New Zealand, from 2019 to 2022, and VP finance and accounting, Asia Pacific, at parent company Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings.
'Nurturing relationships between our travel partners and our international sales team is at the heart of our business, helping us flourish over the past 20 years,' Upshaw said. Worth's appointment 'will play an equally important role in our growth plans for the next 20 years and beyond.'

Del Rio, president of Oceania Cruises.
