He's responsible for worldwide shore excursions and pre-/post-cruise land programs. With Crystal as part of A&K Travel Group, along with sister company Abercrombie & Kent, exceptional land programs are expected.

Stoll will report to Bernie Leypold, SVP hotel operations.

17 years with Crystal

Earlier, Stoll had 17 years with Crystal, ultimately as VP land programs. He left in 2020 as part of the company's COVID-19 cutbacks.

During his time with Crystal, excursions grew from 600 to more than 1,500. Stoll also developed more intimate and personal experiences including boutique, overland and private adventures.

And he produced 40 exclusive world cruise events and was project manager for the Northwest Passage journeys in 2016 and 2017. A particular point of pride was developing the ‘You Care, We Care’ voluntourism program.

Explora Journeys consulting

Stoll consulted for Explora Journeys from September 2020 to April 2022, creating the start-up's shore excursion concept and providing his experience in itinerary planning, systems and other areas.
