Talent and leadership skills

Kristina Heney, chief marketing officer, Hornblower Group, said Tarnowski has had an impressive career and 'her considerable talent and leadership skills will help us drive business growth and build upon the loyal fan base of our customers.'

Working closely with the Hornblower leadership team, Tarnowski will be responsible for developing and implementing the overall marketing strategy for the AQSC and Victory Cruise Lines brands, including multi-channel customer demand generation, brand positioning, public relations, customer insights, guest feedback, loyalty and retention, competitive analysis and partnership marketing. She'll also lead the development of new channels for growth and create business partnerships that open the door to new revenue streams.

Prior roles at Regent, Silversea, Sandals ...

Tarnowski has more than two decades of strategic marketing experience in the cruise and hotel sectors. Besides Crystal, luxury cruise line marketing roles were at Regent Seven Seas Cruises and Silversea Cruises.

Before Crystal, Tarnowski was chief marketing officer for Elite Island Resorts where she led marketing efforts for 10 all-inclusive resorts across five Caribbean islands. She also served as SVP marketing for Sandals and Beaches Resorts and played a key role in the inception of Hotels.com, where she was part of the launch team in 2002.
